Our Founders
Jon brings together a unique blend of deep software, optimization, and supply chain expertise. He previously was Head of Supply Chain Strategy at Amazon and Senior Software Engineer at Oracle. Jon holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA.
Edward is a recognized thought leader, practitioner, and collaborator in supply chain strategy and risk management for Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Cisco, and Meta. Edward holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Wisconsin and an MBA from San Jose State University.

Supply Chain Foundations
Edward Erickson established a new supply chain architecture team at Cisco after leading multiple operations and engineering organizations. He founded multiple industry groups and served as an advisor to the U.S. Government on supply chain resiliency.
Software Foundations
Jon Helman began his career in software engineering. After majoring in Computer Science at Stanford, he became a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle. Jon’s work optimized and accelerated the Oracle Database by nearly 100x, and has a patent for his invention.
Founders Meet
Edward joined Amazon as their first Supply Chain Strategist integrating supply chain thinking between product groups and business units. Edward hired Jon after his MBA at UCLA, and Jon replaced Edward when he moved to Meta to lead their global supply chain strategy.
Supply Chain Complete Founded
Jon left Amazon to apply his unique blend of supply chain, software, and optimization expertise to solve a problem he saw firsthand across supply chains.
Team Reunites to Revolutionize Supply Chains
Jon and Edward reunited when Jon showed the magic of the Supply Chain Complete platform to Edward, who loved it so much that he joined the company.
